Nestled in the garden under the shade of the towering elms, is a stand-alone cottage which affords great privacy. It features an oversized great room with fireplace, ceiling fans and large window seat with a view of the courtyard for lounging or two extra sleeping spaces for guests.

The Verandah (1st level) provides a large living room that opens to a spacious sun porch; it features a large commercial kitchen with large Traulsen refrigerator, Subzero refrigerator/freezer, Viking Stove, two sinks, two dishwashers and a large walk in pantry. There is one bedroom and one bathroom on this level. The upstairs, Myrtle Cottage, has two additional bedroom suites each with its own bath and a sunporch with an additional kitchen area.
