Combined together, the Myrtle Cottage and Verandah, provide guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.  The Verandah (1st level) provides a large living room that opens to a spacious sun porch; it features a large commercial kitchen with large Traulsen refrigerator, Subzero refrigerator/freezer, Viking Stove, two sinks, two dishwashers and a large walk in pantry. There is one bedroom and one bathroom on this level.  The upstairs, Myrtle Cottage, has two additional bedroom suites each with its own bath and a sunporch with an additional kitchen area.  Each level is separately climate controlled with Mitsubishi heating and AC.

Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
